I am a registered counsellor and work from a humanistic, client-centred approach to assist people in understanding and healing their emotional system.

Drawing on a range of counselling modalities, I used evidence-based research to work collaboratively with clients to tailor an individual program. I listen with the intent to understand and ensure my clients feel heard in therapy.

My focus and commitment is to build a relationship together based on trust, mutual respect and congruence, whilst incorporating the value of individuality.

I have experience working with adults in areas of trauma recovery, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety, domestic violence, emotional regulation and general mental health issues.

My background also includes 22 years working within a corporate setting which enables me to understand and assist people experiencing workplace issues impacting their wellbeing.

I am privileged to have worked with many people from diverse backgrounds and cultures including the LGBTI community.
