Prior to moving into the field of psychology 10 years ago, I worked in a diverse range of roles in the private sector and in government, and as a parent raising four children. Over the past 10 years, I have worked as a psychologist in Australia and the UK, providing both therapeutic and assessment services for adults, adolescents and children.

I provide psychological therapy for adults and adolescents experiencing difficulties with mood, anxiety, anger, grief, stress management, motivation and family relationships, or other life issues or concerns.
