PERSONAL DETAILS AND INTERESTS
I am a registered psychologist and have experience working with both children and adults. I’m passionate about creating a safe and warm environment for clients to express the difficulties that they may be experiencing in their lives. I utilise a client-focused and strength-based approach to help clients access the tools they already possess, helping them to achieve success in their current and future challenges. My previous clients have valued the collaborative, empathetic, and supportive therapeutic space, which has assisted them with meeting their goals.
I use a combination of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, and relaxation strategies. Throughout the treatment process, I will collaborate with you to individualise a therapy plan and find out what will work for you.
If you are looking for supportive counseling, guidance with your struggles, or want to learn new skills, I am here to support you.
