Gentle, caring and encouraging, my desire is to truly hear your story and create a safe space for you to grow and flourish.  I have a genuine commitment to your whole self – body, mind, heart and spirit – and my integrated therapeutic approach allows for your holistic care and transformation.  Whatever your story may be, you can be assured of my wholehearted dedication to journey with you through life’s struggles, challenges and joys.

I work with a wide variety of clients through issues such as low mood, stress, anxiousness, grief and loss, issues of identity, finding purpose and healing from past hurts.  I also have a background in dance and understand the unique issues facing elite performing artists.

It is also my great joy to provide counselling for couples: a safe space for you to strengthen your relationship, manage conflict and deepen your intimacy.  Being trained in the Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 2), I have a wealth of tools to empower your connection, communication and collaboration as a couple.
